DCT was amazing to work with on our recent commercial build-out project of a 22,000 square foot warehouse in the Miramar area. DCT was selected to replace a poorly performing general contractor so they had to navigate their way through a project that was already over budget and significantly delayed with many pending issues and repairs to be done so it was definitely a challenge. Owner Mike T and DCT to the rescue and boy, did they deliver. The site super Steve was excellent in understanding our needs and getting their subcontractors to provide high quality construction with a fair price and within our tight schedule. Change orders were minimal and mostly at owner’s request for additions. The quality and attention to detail, staying on time and within budget and overall demeanor and relationship with us as owners was refreshing – it made a complicated and stressful project an enjoyable experience. DCT completed the tenant improvements for DriveCam’s 36,036 sq. ft. headquarters on time, under budget and with the highest quality workmanship throughout the project. Mike and his team managed multiple sub-contractors (many of them not of their choosing), an ever changing set of requirements and an extremely aggressive schedule, with virtually no issues and always with a smile. Their demonstrated expertise in management and workmanship was further enhanced by the level of professionalism and responsiveness from the top to bottom. I definitely would put DCT at the top of my list for any construction requirements and would not hesitate to recommend them.
